Prior to the formation of Dionne and Dionne, Don ran his own bankruptcy practice in Tusaloosa, Alabama. At that time, a majority of his bankruptcy practice centered around working as a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee. During his tenure as a bankruptcy trustee, Don oversaw over 5000 Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. Melinda joined the firm after leaving her position as a partner in the firm of Schoel, Ogle, Benton and Centeno in Birmingham, Alabama. While working at Schoel, Ogle, Benton and Centeno, Melinda's bankruptcy practice focused on representing debtors, trustees, and creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases. Prior to working at Schoel, Ogle, Benton, Melinda clerked for the Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Alabama.
